I walk beside you,
not leading from above,
offering reflections, practices, perspective- highlighting the power & wisdom in you.
At the heart of it, I am here to support you in returning to your body, trusting your inner wisdom, and moving through life with more clarity and meaning.
Healing as I understand it is a process of listening, feeling, witnessing, integrating, and accepting all parts of who you are. It’s about changing our understanding of our relationship to self and others.
You will meet what is present, process what has been carried, and expand into new ways of being that reflect who you truly are, not what you have been taught to feel, believe, or want.
I see struggle, illness, and conflict not as flaws, but as signs and messages. Our stories are shaped by our families, cultures, ancestors, and the world around us. You do not have to carry them alone, and you have the power to shape how they continue.
My skills, lived experience, and training come together to support you, including over a decade of personal healing, community service, formal study, certification, apprenticeship, and ritual initiation.

Relational Coaching
How you relate to yourself, to others, and to the more-than-human world.
Whether you’re wanting to know yourself better, exploring with a partner, navigating parenting, deepening friendships, or tending your connection with land or spirit, your way of relating shapes everything.
Relationship is the web that connects all things.
Coaching is a space to slow down, unravel old patterns, and weave new ones. Drawing from somatic therapy, depth psychology, parts work, animism, shadow work, and various spiritual practices, these sessions invite a deeper understanding of your inner life and your connection with others, with place, and with what is emerging.
The space between “I” and “you” holds our deepest wounds and our deepest longings. It’s also where repair, intimacy, and cultural change become possible. When we are grounded in a sense of self and have more capacity to connect, something new can take root.
Unlike many Western approaches that focus only on the individual, this work acknowledges the larger systems we move through. Our wounds are not just personal. They are collective and shaped by family, culture, ancestry, and forces like racism, patriarchy, classism, supremacy, and ecological disconnection. These imprints live in our bodies, our nervous systems, and our sense of what’s possible.
So we begin with the body.
We explore how early experiences, cultural messages, and inherited legacies have shaped your patterns around conflict, connection, love, power, pleasure, money, and belonging. We pay attention to how present and empowered you feel in your relationships, how you inhabit your choices, and how you want to show up.
This work is also about integration; tending the spaces of change where identity is reshaping itself. When you’re not quite who you were, and not yet who you’re becoming. Too rarely do we stop to acknowledge transition, let alone be witnessed in it and compassionately guided through our emergence. You don’t have to move through it alone.
Together, we slow down. You are witnessed with care. We reflect, make meaning, ground insight, and support what’s been transformed to be lived fully and in your own time. We help the nervous system catch up to the knowing. We practice embodying what’s new.
In our sessions, we listen closely. We get curious. We untangle conflict from threat. We honor boundaries. We practice meeting challenge as a doorway into deeper intimacy, clarity, and truth.
Together, we tend the wounds and longings that have shaped your life so your relationships, inner and outer, can become places of nourishment rather than depletion.
This work may be supportive if you are:
A parent or caregiver wanting to show up with more presence, peace, and grace
A partner or partners seeking deeper intimacy, skillful communication, and more ease in connection
An individual ready to understand yourself more fully, find meaning, and love and be loved with greater capacity
Moving through grief, loss, pregnancy, birth, or postpartum
Questioning identity, gender, or sense of self
Navigating a rupture, ending, or beginning in relationship, career, or spiritual path
In a season of upheaval or quiet inner transformation
Integrating insights from deep healing or spiritual work, ceremonies, initiations, or threshold experiences into daily life
Clients often share that my presence feels comforting, expansive, and nonjudgmental. That simply being in the space helps them settle, hear their own inner wisdom, and reconnect with a frequency of authenticity.
Ancestral Lineage Healing
Ancestral Lineage Healing is a guided, ritual process for connecting with your ancestors of origin- of blood, bone, or adoption- to bring healing, insight, and support to your life and those you love. We connect with them as they are now, no longer incarnate, in the present, and not necessarily how they were in our memories.
The ancestors are our roots, our mycelial network, connecting us to something far greater than the isolated self. When we relate with them, we enter a deeper web of belonging that dissolves the illusion of separateness. This relationship becomes a collaborative force for reckoning with personal, familial, cultural, and systemic wounds.
There are many kinds of ancestors, and in this context, we’re specifically working with ancestors of origin- those connected to you by blood or adoption. We start from the premises that consciousness continues after death, not all the dead are equally well, the dead can change (healing is possible for them, and us), the living and the dead can communicate (most cultures around the world have always known this), and the dead can influence the living (and vice versa).
Created and sustained by Daniel Foor of Ancestral Medicine, this is a practice of repair and continued relationship, rooted in ancient, cross-cultural traditions of ancestor reverence and animist, Earth-honoring ways of being.
Through this work, you’ll learn how to:
Establish safe, direct connection with your ancestors of origin (by blood or adoption)
Distinguish between the well and unwell dead
Create and maintain strong energetic boundaries in ritual space
Invite and support healing and repair across your lineages
Receive the blessings, gifts, and strengths of your ancestors
Develop ritual skills rooted in animist, Earth-honoring traditions
Build ongoing, respectful relationships with your ancestral guides
Understand how personal, family, and cultural wounds live in the lineage and how they can be transformed
Explore your place in a greater web of belonging that dissolves isolation and reclaims ancestral support
Tend to ancestral relationships over time through reciprocity, trust, and ritual maintenance
This is a practice of healing and relationship. You’ll come away with tools, insight, and a living connection that continues to unfold far beyond the sessions themselves.
Whether you’re new to or looking to deepen your ritual work, regardless of religious beliefs, this is something we all can access and have an innate ability to practice. All that’s needed is a curious interest to begin.
Because completing one lineage requires more than one session, I ask that you book at least 3 to start. Please reach out or book a consultation call to learn more about this process.
Look out for Ancestor Circles- a way to engage in this process with a group. If you’re interested in engaging with the work that way, please reach out.
Sound Healing
All matter is vibration, and so are we. In sound baths, we allow our bodies and energy fields to be tuned like an instrument, resonating and vibrating with the healing frequencies of sound.
Rooted in the tradition of Nāda Yoga, and initiated by my teacher Akhilanka (of The Temple of Singing Bowls in Mysuru, India), these sessions invite you into a space of deep listening and subtle sensing. You don’t need to do anything but lie down, remain receptive, and allow the sounds to work through you.
Each session includes a live soundscape woven from gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, drums, voice, and guided meditation. These instruments create a vibrational field that can gently shift brainwave states, calm the nervous system, and support emotional, energetic, and spiritual release.
Some people experience deep relaxation. Others feel subtle movements of energy, receive insight or imagery, or reconnect with a sense of stillness they didn’t know they needed. Every experience is welcome.
These sessions are an invitation to return to your natural rhythm, open to your own inner knowing, and rest in the buzzing symphony that underlies all of life.
No experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to receive.
